Master MarinersHolding an STCW II/2 Unlimited certificate and having extensive senior management experience onboard/ashore.
Naval ArchitectsHaving a minimum MEng degree in naval architecture, or related subject, and significant relevant experience in industry. First-hand knowledge of salvage and wreck removal operations would be an advantage.
Marine EngineersHolding an STCW III/2 Unlimited and having extensive senior management experience onboard/ashore.
